    I created The Introvert’s Edge Podcast to start a dialog around introversion and to confront and debunk the myth that introversion somehow prevents us from becoming inspirational and successful people. The goal is to empower introverts to embrace their natural abilities and . Introverts do the homework rather than just wing it like extroverts do. Introverts are willing to plan, and they are willing to follow the plan. In this book Pollard lays out a seven-step process designed to make the introverts who follow it successful in sales.

While this book obviously targets those of us with more introverted qualities, it’s really a great read for all personality types.
